How does the white noise and heartbeat work?
Both play from a rechargeable soundbox tucked inside the toy. The white noise masks disruptive sounds, and the heartbeat mimics the feeling of sleeping with mum and littermates.
How do I heat the heat pack?
Pop it in the microwave following the included instructions. Remove it before washing.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Remove the soundbox and heat pack first, then machine wash the plush.
Can I personalise it?
