How does the white noise and heartbeat work?
There's a small rechargeable soundbox tucked inside the toy (no midnight battery runs needed - just plug it in). The white noise gently masks those disruptive household sounds that can startle a settling dog, while the heartbeat mimics the feeling of snoozing right next to mum and their littermates.
How do I heat the heat pack?
Just pop it in the microwave following the instructions included in your order. It only takes a few moments. Make sure you remove it before washing the toy.
Can I wash it?
Absolutely! We know life with dogs gets messy. Simply remove the soundbox and heat pack first, then toss the plush in the washing machine. Good as new.
Can I personalise it?
