OUR RETURN POLICY

Damage and Defective product on arrival

If the item you receive arrives damaged or defective in anyway or you receive the wrong item, please contact us hello@riffraffpets.com Our team will resolve you query within 24 hours.

COM Returns- If you change your mind once receiving the item, you can return it within 7 days from the date of purchase. Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Shipping for change of mind returns is at the expense of the customer. We do not refund original shipping costs for returns. Please contact our team hello@riffraffpets.com

Personalised Toys and Bowls

Due to the permanent nature of personalised products, no returns or exchanges will be authorised unless item is faulty. Please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed your spelling, before checking out.

Dog Advent Calendar

Six cookies of twelve in your advent calendar feature harden icing. Whilst this icing does not require refrigeration, prolonged exposure to direct heat may cause melting. We highly suggest opting for express postage to ensure swift delivery and preserve the delightful experience. Regrettably, we are unable to assume responsibility in the event your package is left unattended at your doorstep for an extended period. If you are not going to be home for delivery please make sure you organise your parcel to be delivered to a post office so that it arrives safely.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, once we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive an email from us when a refund is issued. It can take several days for the amount to show up on your bank or credit card statement.

Exchanges will be shipped to the original delivery address once the original item is received by our warehouse. 

Damage from bonding and play

Riff Raff Pet comforters are designed for comforting your pet while sleeping and during times in their crate. Whilst we designed them to be durable, wear and tear through rough play or excessive chewing is not considered under our returns policy. We expect your pup will grow with this toy and show it a lot of love during sleep time but to avoid damage that leads to destruction, please make sure to put it in a safe place. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain the integrity of their toy
